How long does it take to receive your customized stock order?

A customized stock hairpiece has an average waiting time of 2-3 months, depending on the hairpiece material.
A basic model can take up to 2 months to receive, a lace-based hairpiece can take up to 3 months, and a skin-based hairpiece will take anywhere from 2-3 months to receive.
It’s important to note that our factory may already be working on your desired unit, so you can expect the hairpiece to arrive sooner than these estimated dates!

Why should I Customize order a hairpiece?

Ordering a customized stock hairpiece comes with a lot of benefits. Our hair systems are highly in demand. To ensure you receive the perfect unit (size, color, length, and more), it’s best to place a customized order and expect it within three months.

It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Can I cancel my customized order?

Yes, you can cancel your customized unit if it carries the standard stock specifications. For instance, when you purchased the stock hairpiece, you did not change the density and size of the unit. If the stock unit is customized, the customized order is a final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
