Shipping Policy
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, weight, destination and the number of items in your package.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for any online hair service or styling (base cut and/or haircut), after which your order will be shipped.
- ALL orders placed online with Overnight Shipping must be submitted and received before 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please expect delays during the holiday season.
Return Policy: Custom Orders
All items located in the custom orders, overstock and clearance category are final sale, no return, no exchange, no refund.
All online services items including base cuts, haircuts, perms, bleached knots, and coloring are all final sale. There is no return, no refund and no warranty once the hairpiece has been permanently altered.
**While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each colour and gray percentage of our hair units, it's important to note that the colour representation on electronic devices such as phones, tablets, and monitor screens may vary from the actual colour of the hairpiece. This can happen due to factors such as lighting sources, digital photography, or personal colour perception that affect how the colours appear to individuals. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen portrays the hairpiece's accurate colour.
Superhairpieces grants a 30-day warranty on validated hairpieces, covering excessive shedding and/or rapid hair loss. If you have lost more than 15% of your hair during this period, we will be happy to repair your hairpiece or wig free of charge. Please note that once the unit has been sent to the factory, there will be a few months' wait time. During this time, you will need to provide your own unit.
In addition, we cannot guarantee that you will not experience any future hair loss issues after the factory repair.
**Please note that v-looped-base models are not included in this warranty as they are disposable units. These models include the M111, M111XT, HD111 and M161V.
Defective Hair Systems (other than hair loss) are considered the following for stock and custom orders.

I'm not that Happy Ross Dessel
I'm only completing this because it was emailed to me by the vendor. I ordered my first hair pc with 125 density and it was missing hair in the back and it was very light in the front maybe 110 density on the left front to 85 percent density on the right front with some recession. I sent the pc back for fixing mentioning the back but then requesting that they add hair to the front. The unit came back 2 months later and it didn't have any additional hair added to the front. Long story short I have worn the pc for 7 weeks and the front has very little hair left especially on the rt hand side. This isn't what I expected and to make matters worse I just received another hr pc that I ordered from super hair pc with 135 density and it has the same issues especially in the front and once again light density on the rt front side with recession . I ordered from them because I can use a oversized base 10.5 x8 but with these issues it's not worth the time and is waste of money. I sent this unit back and now I'm told that I have to wait for an inspection. I sent them photos of it before I returned the unit. I used to purchase from Milano hair in Tx and never had this issue. He has been having supply issues so this was my only option but now I just ordered 130 percent density 10x8 unit with 30mm from ebay and it has the whole front filled correctly .for 130 dollars This unit should last at least 5 months or more. The first unit from super hair pcs just making it to 8 weeks and it's almost 300 dollars and now I have to deal with the same issue again with them. I'm not a happy camper. Thank you for giving me the option to voice my concerns.
