The durability of our hair systems will depend on a variety of factors. The base material, type of hair, your lifestyle, and how you maintain the system will all affect how long the hair system will last. Check the product details table on a specific hairpiece's product page if you would like to know the estimated durability of that unit.
Yes, all of our hair systems are made with 100% real human hair. The only exception is our grey hair, which is Japanese Kanekalon synthetic fiber. If you would like the grey percentage to be human hair, you can order a customized stock unit and specify this requirement.
Our basic models are created in a different factory than the standard hair units. This factory uses a streamlined process that allows the hairpieces to be produced quicker and for a cheaper price, but the quality of the standard hair systems is slightly better.
The estimated completion time for a men's custom order is between 8-12 weeks (women's 10-14 weeks) if you have not chosen guaranteed delivery. If you would like guaranteed delivery in 8 weeks, we have a custom rush program for $40.00 without samples or $50.00 with samples. If you pay for guaranteed delivery and it does not arrive in time, the rush fee will be fully refunded, no questions asked.
For retail clients, all stock hairpieces are returnable for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping fees, within 15 days of receiving the system, provided it is still in its original condition and packaging. Any final sale options like base cuts, hair styling, bleached knots, and perming mean that the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders, overstock/limited edition hair systems, and all supplies are also final sale. Hair extensions can be returned within 2 weeks of ordering as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. To read more about our return policy, click here .
We recommend not washing it too frequently, as it can cause shedding to occur faster. Generally once a week should be enough. It is also recommended to use shampoos and conditioners that are safe for use on hair systems.

In Canada, free shipping is done via either UPS or Canada Post, with express shipping going through Purolator. In the United States, free shipping is done via USPS, with express shipping going through FedEx. International shipping is done through either FedEx or UPS.
Yes, you can shower, go to the gym, and swim with a hair system on! However, there are some precautions that need to be taken. Firstly, you should always wait 24-48 hours after installing the hair system before getting it wet or doing physical activity. The adhesives need time to bond properly, which they cannot do if they are exposed to significant moisture. It is also important to consider the base material of your hair system, as the full skin hairpieces can cause much more sweating than their more breathable counterparts. Men's Systems
Yes, you can remove a monofilament/mono silk top base men's hair system daily. For this, we recommend you use a daily wear hairpiece tape such as the Super 1522 or the Super Red tape .
Color 1, 11B, 1B, 2, 2ASH, 3, 3ASH, 4, 4ASH, 5, 5R, 6 and 6R.
The BF hair systems come with pre-bleached knots in the 1" front hairline to give the hairpiece a more natural looking hairline, while the standard hair systems do not come with a bleached front.
Our PRO hair systems are made with soft Indian Remy hair that is similar to European hair in texture. They are also made with Nano-tech knotting and come with pre-bleached knots in the 1" front hairline. The standard hairpieces are made with regular Indian Remy hair and are not made with Nano-tech knotting nor do they come with the bleached front.
Scallop fronts are built to trick the eye from seeing a straight line going across the front hairline. Most clients feel that having a straight edge looks unnatural. Therefore, the bump-like appearance ("scallop front") allows the hair to follow that pattern, take away from having a straight line appear across the forehead and provide a more natural hairline in the process.
Women's Toppers and Wigs
The simple answer to this is that yes, since these hair systems use 100% human hair, they can have the same treatments done to them as the hair on your head. However, it is important to remember that the hair in a hair system is much more fragile than natural hair would be, so processes that involve chemically treating the hair in any way can dry the hair out and cause shedding. It is best to have a professional who is experienced with hair systems and hairpieces do these treatments to avoid excess damage.
Yes, currently all of our ladies toppers and wigs are considered “freestyle”, which means they can be parted in any direction.
While we cannot cut and style it for you, you can certainly bring your hair system to a local salon to get bangs cut into it, provided the hair system has long enough hair.
Currently our women's stock hair units come in solid colors only. We can do gray hair for custom orders however.

The lifespan of hair extensions depends on how well they are maintained. Generally, the 4A hair extensions can last about 3-6 months while the 5A/6A hair extensions can last about 4-12 months.

The 3A/4A hair extensions are made with a mix of Indian/Chinese hair as opposed to the 5A/6A quality hair extensions which are made with premium Chinese hair, so the colors are a little off, notably in the blondes. The color ring best matches the 5A/6A grade hair extensions.

Clients could use a hairpiece tape that is safe for lace hair systems, but the tape will be applied directly to the unit. The glue will be applied to the side of the tape which will stick to the scalp.
Water-based glues, like Safe Grip or Ghost Bond . Use a brush to apply a thin, even layer and let it dry for exactly seven minutes until it dries clear.
Ghost Bond is a water-based glue meaning it can freeze if placed in low temperature areas. For this reason, it should always be stored at temperatures above its freezing point. This is also why we advise against having Ghost Bond delivered in the winter time if you live in a cold area, as the Ghost Bond might freeze and crack the bottle.
You should avoid putting acrylic-based glues on lace or monofilament material as it can break down the hair and will cause shedding.
Custom Orders
No, we do not take European hair custom made orders yet.

Yes, we can. We will need to know the base color and the highlight color. We will also need to know if you want the colors to be blended or if you want chunks. Please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send us pictures first and will most likely need you to send the hairpiece back for inspection. Once the inspection is done, we will contact you to go over the options. If the hair unit doesn't follow the order form, we will send it back to the factory for a free fix.
We can return your samples with the new hair system. Alternatively, we can store them in our office for you. If you decide to place a new order, we can take them from your sample record and send them back to the factory.
We have up to 12" of hair length. If the hair length is 8" or more, there will be an additional fee.
Synthetic hair is available in all lengths.
You can order up to 22" in hair length. If you need more than 22", we can check with the factory if the hair is available.
Swiss lace is a very delicate material. It cannot hold more than 110% density (light, close to medium).
The maximum density recommended is 120% (medium).

We have three patterns available: blended (as the name suggests, both colors are blended together), circles, and squares.
We can make your system without any gray or from 5% to 100%, you can choose any option by increments of 5 (for example, 10%, 15%, 20%, etc) We also have 1% and 2-3%.
It is not mandatory to provide samples. However, you can provide us with a template, sample unit, color sample, base material sample, hair texture sample, etc.
Shipping and Warranty
For overnight orders, if the order items are located in two warehouses, we need to charge double shipping. DOUBLE SHIPPING COST IN USD: $28.00 + $18.00=$46.00. For 3 days saver, we will transfer everything to the USA which takes one day, then do FedEx 2 day shipping from our USA office.

Yes, you can. When you place the order on our website, at the checkout page there will be an option to add additional notes for your order. Here you can note that you would like the discreet packaging. If you want to make absolutely certain the note has gone through, you can also send an email to us at sales@superhairpieces.com with your order number and the request, which we will then make sure the shipping team sees.

General
Expected handling times for all items are displayed on our website. When you select the color and grey percentage you are looking for, the amount currently in stock in each of our warehouses will be displayed above the color selection drop-downs. Below the drop-downs will have the expected handling time listed. If this is listed as "Expect to ship out immediately" the item will be shipped out that day, or the next day if it is after business hours when you place the order. If when you select your color it says "Warehouse transfer, expect ship out 2-4 days later" this means that the item is currently being held in a different warehouse, and will ship to you once it has been transferred to the correct warehouse. If any other message is displayed, this means that the item is not currently in stock, and the time shown is the amount of time before we receive the item from the factory and can ship it to you. Please make sure to check if your item is in stock when you order it, as pre-orders are placed the same way as orders that are in stock.
The stylist will trim the empty Skin or Lace all the way to the hairline and a bit above, trimming a few hair knots as well. It will provide a blunter look to the hair system, as well as providing a more dense/voluminous look to the hairpiece.
Swiss lace is finer and more fragile than French lace, but blends better with the skin for a less visible and more natural appearance. French lace is slightly thicker and more durable, but will still give you the invisible hairline.
Yes, we do. Repairs may take from 1-2 months.
No, it is not.
Human grey is more natural looking and delicate, but might turn yellow over time. Synthetic grey is more durable and will always remain white.

If you have exchanged an item and would like to return the new item you received, you can do so within 15 days of receiving that order as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.
