*Supply orders less than 3lbs and over $200 value are also eligible for free shipping
(Certain large objects such as mannequin heads are excluded)
Express and overnight options are available at an added cost.

Return Policy: Stock Hairpieces

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order based on your package's tracking number to return your untouched hairpiece for a full refund, minus the shipment paid.
  • A restocking charge of $15.00 or more per item will be automatic applied if the returned item is not in its original condition and packaging.
  • If you have selected a final sale option, such as base cut, hair styling, bleached knots, perm, or any service that alters the hairpiece permanently, the hairpiece can no longer be returned or exchanged.
  • Any special requirements need to be addressed at the time of the order being placed.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend to choose shipping with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost returns.

Return Policy: Hair Extensions

  • Returns accepted within 2 weeks of ordering, they must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • After 2 weeks an 80% credit of the value will be added to your account towards future orders.
  • Large returns are subject to a handling fee.
  • No returns after 3 months of ordering.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend to choose shipping with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost returns.

Return Policy: Supplies

All supplies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced.

Custom orders, Overstock and Final Sales Items:

All items located in the custom orders, overstock and clearance category are final sale, no return, no exchange, no refund.

All online services items including base cuts, haircuts, perms, bleached knots, and coloring are all final sale. There is no return, no refund and no warranty once the hairpiece has been permanently altered.

Hairpieces Warranty

Superhairpieces grants a 30 day limited warranty on validated hairpieces, covering excessive shedding and/or rapid hair loss. If you have lost more than 15% of hair during this period, Superhairpieces will be happy to repair your hair piece or wig free of charge.  Please note that once the unit has been sent to the factory, there will be a few months wait time. During which time you will need to provide your own unit.

In addition, we cannot guarantee that you will not experience any future hair loss issues after the factory repair.

Any issues that occur 30 days after the purchase date, warranty will be nulled and will not be accepted.

**Please note, that v-looped based models are not included in this warranty as they are disposable units. These models include the M111, HD111 and M161V.

**This warranty does not include any units that have been permed, coloured, bleached, chemically treated, or mishandled by the client themselves.

**All sales are final once hair system has been altered. This includes Cut, Color, Thinned, Trimmed, etc.

Defective Hair Systems (other than hair loss) are considered the following for both stock and custom orders.

i.) Incorrect Hair Cut

ii.) Incorrect Base Cut 

iii.) Incorrect Color, Density, Grey Percentage, or Size

These defects are subject to 15 days from the day the unit has been delivered to the address on the invoice.

Hair Loss Warranty/Defective Claim Process

Please refer to the following steps when starting your Claim:

i.) Contact our Customer Service Department and state what the issue with your unit

Please note: You may be asked provide evidence through pictures, or may be asked to send unit in for inspection

ii.) Our Customer Service Representative will then create a Service Request and provide you with a Service Request Number for reference 

iii.) You then have 10 days to ship the unit back to us from the date of request for inspection

iv.) Once inspection is completed, you will be contacted regarding any solutions we may be able to offer you

Please note: Any/ All items received after the 10 days without prior notice will NOT be considered and the request will be voided.  

**If you are within the United States or any other countries, please ship your hairpiece to our Florida office.

**If you are within Canada , please send your hairpiece to our Canadian address and mark on the package (Hairpiece for RETURN and do not claim higher than the value to avoid the custom duty and entry hassle).

**While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each colour and gray percentage of our hair units, it's important to note that the colour representation on electronic devices such as phones, tablets, and monitor screens may vary from the actual colour of the hairpiece. This can happen due to factors such as lighting sources, digital photography, or personal colour perception that affect how the colours appear to individuals. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen portrays the hairpiece’s accurate colour.

Extensions Warranty

Our Tape in Hair Extensions are made with real Remy human hair. We have 4 different levels of hair quality that range from entry level to celebrity status. Each quality is combined with either Indian Remy hair, Chinese Remy hair, or a mix of both. There are over 15 different colors to choose from (which includes our funky colored hair), as well as different lengths. Our tape in Remy human hair extensions for women, come in a pack of 20 pieces which is 10 sandwiches. Each pack is 50 grams. For a full installation we recommend 2 to 3 packs.

Please note that there is a colour discrepancy between our 3A/4A extensions and the colour ring. The colour ring matches more to our 5A/6A extensions as they are made with premium Chinese hair. The 3A/4A extensions are made with a mix of Indian/Chinese hair so the colours are a little off, notably in the blondes due to the quality of the hair. We are currently working on swatches that better match the 3A/4A quality hair colours.

NO WARRANTIES FOR INSTALLED EXTENSIONS.

Hair Extension should be well treated before Iron, Cut, Color, Thinned, Trimmed, etc.

**No warranty for any units that have been mishandled by the client themselves.

**All sales are final once hair system has been altered. This includes Cut, Color, Thinned, Trimmed, etc.

Tracking your order

Due to the high value of your order, shipping insurance is highly recommended.

If you refuse, you are at risk if your package is lost or damaged.

Canceling you Custom Order

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL A CUSTOM ORDER, THERE WILL BE A FEE CHARGED DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF WORK PROCESSED ON THE CUSTOM.

All custom hair systems may be resubmitted for changes such as color, density, etc. within 2 weeks from when the order was placed.

If we make a mistake with your custom, we will correct the problem and cover all standard USPS shipping costs (with the exception of international clients). This result will only occur if the custom order does not match the specifications on the order that the customer submitted.

If the customer is the one who made an error with the order, they are responsible for the cost of fixing the unit (only if they want it fixed) along with the shipping costs. We offer corrections for custom systems but they will be charged for the repair.

If the customer needs to send the completed custom in for adjustment (whether it is our error or theirs); it must be sent in within 2 weeks of when it is delivered. So please make sure to double check the system as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately either by phone or email to let us know that is a problem with your custom unit.

We can only guarantee the order as submitted by the client. If the client choses the wrong specs they are responsible for any additional costs. We are more than happy to assist our clients but we do not offer custom consultations. Client must know what they want need and want for their order.

Handling time

**Book your appointment 2 -3 days later than shipment arrival date.

No courier guarantee the delivery time, neither we can guarantee.

Shipment cost collected can not be refund due to the delay reasons.

Hairpiece Styling and Pre attachment service might take up to 48 hours handling. We will inform you with email or text message if order handling time longer than 48 hours

Custom Duty

Warning! We are NOT responsible for any destination country custom import duty and handling charge.

If your order will ship to USA, Canada, EU and Australia, then you do not need worry about Custom entry and import Duty.

Please list your contact email and phone number on your order sheet.

In case your parcel is hold at your country custom entry warehouse, we need your immediate response.

We reserve the right to allow courier discard your parcel to avoid additional handling or return transportation charge.
