Video Contest 2022

Superhairpieces (SHP) will get full rights to the video(s) the Participant (“You”) submits. By submitting an entry to this Contest, you grant SHP a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display each submitted entry, in any media including posting in an online gallery, publication(s), and various marketing materials, and with right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom. By entering the contest, you understand that your entry (or portion thereof) may be posted online, and to be viewed by members of the general public.

Always get express permission from anyone who will appear in your video, in its original form as submitted and also in any (derivative) form SHP may later create the video. Entries must be original work and not violate anyone's proprietary or intellectual property rights. Failure to follow this rule can result in your disqualification. You agree to defend or settle against any claims that arise as a result of infringement at your sole expense, and you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Superhairpieces from any impending suit or dispute as a result.

No offensive or sensitive content is tolerated, that includes religious or anti/religious, racial, political, obscene, violent, or pornographic content.

SHP will not tolerate cheating of any kind. This includes but is not limited to any action that alters the results of the contest such as buying comments, likes or views. By entering this contest, You agree that you will participate fairly and will not take part in any form of cheating. Please note that comments from participants will not be counted.

If SHP is aware of, detects or reasonably suspects any form of cheating from a contestant, SHP reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify them.

By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the contest's official rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. SHP reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at our sole discretion.

The contest begins on April 4, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on August 31, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. EST (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

Prizes: There will be two ("Winners") in this contest. One Grand Prize shall be awarded to the participant with the most engagement points. The Grand Prize consists of an Amazon gift card worth $1,000 USD. The participant with the second-most engagement points will be awarded with an Amazon gift card worth $300 USD or a mystery box. Additionally, one early bird applicant will earn a mystery box based on a random drawing. Prizes will be awarded only upon verification and approval by Superhairpieces. The winner will be notified by email within seven days after the engagement points are calculated. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 30 days after being selected or is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at our discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winners, upon acceptance of their prizes, are solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Grand Prize Winner may have provided us with a valid taxpayer-identification number before we can award the prize.

The Contest is subject to change and may be withdrawn or amended by Superhairpieces without notice at any time at Superhairpieces' sole discretion.

By entering this contest, you acknowledge you are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements explained. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest. Lastly, you also agree you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
